The only constituent of required insurance is the portion a motorist pays as part of their registration fees. This covers any damage or remedial claims if you are at mistake in accident, but doesn't cover any damage to pre owned cars.

Yahoo has widened the page a bit, got rid of the tabs, and softened up the colors, but the biggest changes are in the articles themselves. Yahoo will now only show you part of the story if you’re coming from a site such as Digg.
